Our sump pump failed and water went into 3 floor vents. I called at 7am panicking about mold. They were here by 9am. They used special vacuums to get water out, removed wet duct board, sprayed anti-mold cleaner, and set up dryers. They came back 2 days later to check with a moisture meter. Zero moisture. Zero mold. Insurance paid because their report was so detailed. Fast action matters. They saved our basement and our health.
