Cut a hole in my duct in a painted finished open ceiling and did not clean throughly
Be ready for the bait & switch. Advertised as a family run business, but they send out subcontractors, not employees. Advertised $99 basic cleaning, but failed to provide that service, and instead said I have to remove & replace entire fireplace to a tune of $8000+! While trying to find a legitimate Chimney cleaning service I've encountered nothing but scammers, and this is just one more.
Service was provided by a gentleman named Daniel, he was very kind and he did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. Would recommend!!
