The man who came to my house was extremely nice. No problems with him. However, he gave me a quote of $600. as my hose needed replacing or my house could catch on fire that very night. I felt I had no choice but to spend the $200 plus on a 5 minute job and a part that cost about $40. After telling a few people about my experience, they were shocked at the price of the entire procedure. A home inspector said it should never have cost that much. I feel I was taken and won't use them again.
