Great at what they and to work with. Being a property manager I had to schedule multiple units the same day to get the dryer vents cleaned. He was very attentive, made the scheduling process easy and showed up on time, and most importantly the job was very well done. They also did the duct cleaning for a condo whose resident has lung problems, and the resident is very satisfied, getting the ducts cleaned from all the dust particles etc, is helping her breathe better. Thanks to the owner and the crew! Highly recommended!
These guys were fantastic. Before our service appointment,they were responsive and provided all the information needed. Once they arrived for our appointment, they took care to protect our home while thoroughly cleaning our vents and dryer duct. The worker even took some extra time to show me the steps of the cleaning process. Genuinely good people and great service. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them again.
My service technician was very professional and did a wonderful job. He showed me before and after photos of our duct system and he showed me some dangerous molds for points that had appeared in our event system. This was very important to me to get resolved because my husband is a covid-19 survivor who nearly lost his life and he has a horrible allergy to mold. Five Star Service, look no further! The owner came to service our ducts, and was honest that we didn't need a cleaning after he took a look at them. Very grateful for that integrity. He did the duct sanitizing, fixed/replaced our UV light, and did coil cleaning. Explained everything in detail helping me understand the process and was extremely professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They are fabulous! They came within the time slot they gave me, they were completely professional and clean and quick and they saved me so much money. AngThis company did not find any mold and his pricing was so much less! This will be the only company I will use going forward for all my air and dryer ducts.
