I recently called Fresh at Union Square about an online order, and Bri, who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. She quickly took care of everything, made sure my package was beautifully wrapped, and even included some delightful little surprises. Such a wonderful touch of customer service!

We came into this store about a week ago after seeing they were having a sale. The customer service we got was truly above and beyond. Bianca was helping us and she made this one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. We were visiting from Seattle and she was able to help us ship our order back home. Once we got the package, I saw she even included a personalized note, talking about our experience with her. Worst customer service. Rude and provides no service to damaged products. Avoid!! Your long reply is useless. I contacted customer service right after I received the damaged package. They asked me for my address and I replied the same day to provide my address. Then after 30 days, nothing happened. I contacted Fresh again. No response. I’m not wasting my life on this disgusting brand anymore. I advise people who need to be treated with respect to stay as far away from this brand as possible.
