While my online Fresh experience has been 0 stars, Bianca at this location has brought up the curve to over 5 stars. Super friendly and knowledgeable and speaking with her truly brightened my day.

Any store that doesn’t readily show prices of all its items gets a zero in my book. You have to ask a salesperson how much the lotions are. One star because I like the scents but the in store experience is so dumb and off putting. Respect your customers, please.

Zenika was so helpful. I’m from LA and there’s no fresh stores nearby where I am; so I thought that I would call to see if someone was nice enough to help me over the phone and she was so wonderful. She answered all my questions she was so patient and I am really excited to use all my products now and I feel confident that I know what I’m doing all thanks to her help!

Ever since I first discovered Fresh I have been a huge fan of the fragrance range--particularly the scents Cannabis Rose & Cannabis Santal. Both of these scents had previously been discontinued, so I was very pleasantly surprised to discover Fresh had recently brought back the Cannabis Santal scent. I recently called Fresh at Union Square about an online order, and Bri, who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. She quickly took care of everything, made sure my package was beautifully wrapped, and even included some delightful little surprises. Such a wonderful touch of customer service!
