I usually have good things to say about JPMC but the same day surgery center nurses are rude and disrespectful, I have hard to hit veins so I asked of her if she would please use a butterfly needle and she said that was a type and not a size, some of that is true it is a type and they have different sizes even though that nurse said they didn’t, anyway she couldn’t do it so she got another nurse to come in and do it, that nurse was scary man she jacked my bed up and started smacking and thumping on my hand cause she knows wh... read more

Had a MRI done today at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Doug Story was My MRI technician. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable and knew what it was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Doug was friendly and seemed sincere and caring. My Nervousness went away.

I recommend Susan Jett at the JPMC Physical Therapy department. I came to JPMC with a frozen shoulder, and Susan put together a personalized treatment plan for me. Thanks to my treatment plan, my shoulder mobility has improved tremendously and my pain is finally gone. Susan was knowledgeable, encouraging and dedicated to my recovery.

I love everything about JPMC. The providers are bed side courteous with all the knowledge you may need. If you happen to have an issue outside of their means, they refer you out quickly to get you the very best care. Ari was my technician today for my testing. She was super sweet, understanding, quick and compassionate with the care she provided for me. As always, thank you JPMC for the very best care!
