One of the nurses there is very unpleasant, unprofessional, mean, doesn't care about the patients feeling's. Sad to see a family member cry every time when they get home when this nurse is there. Something needs to be done. She already has been reported on. There are some wonderful nurses there. By all means, I am not saying Fresenius dialysis centers are bad.
