The lack of coherency between doctors and staff has proven detrimental to my health. Letting a patient sit with an active infection the ENTIRE day while being told - falsely - that they were to be seen by another department to address it is incredibly destructive of trust, health, and medicine. I had a few great staff members my first night - Nurses Hannah and Mark - but I found myself running into countless hiccups. Incorrect discharge papers. Documented diagnostics that never happened. Huge improvement from the last time I needed emergency care. However, I waited over an hour for my discharge papers before I finally just left w/o them, and then the girl called 1½ hrs after I'd gotten home and honestly I think she finally just got there to discharge me. That would've been 2½ hrs after they said they just needed to go grab my ppw. Thank goodness I didn't wait. Everything else was fine and everyone was nice. I was admitted for one night. Henry Ford does not have a cafeteria for guess. Bad doctor
The hospital allows Flock drones to recharge on a dock on top of their building in Rochester. The hospital roof is hub for Flock drones to invade our community’s privacy and violate our constitutional rights. Shame on you Henry Ford.
