I have been going here since September 2023 when I was in York period and the same problems I had up there. I’m having down here. The machines are old, some of the staff are non-caring is shown no empathy, and this bitter cold they have the nerve to have seats that are supposed to generate heat that are actually broken. Delivery date 4/22, between the hours of 7-11am. No delivery at 11:30am and know call. Called customer service and they did not know, that I had not received my order. She said she would call me back and she did. She told me I would get my order at 3pm that day. The driver called. He asked what was my address. I told him. He put wrong address in his gps. Today I sat over a half an hour after my treatment was done, with my finger the only thing stopping the bleeding because nobody seemed concerned (it's their lunchtime) about my life or my treatment. I have made many complaints and requested transfers but I am trapped here.
