I waited two hours for a tech to show up and nothing. When I called the office they said they got no answer at the door. They said they tried to contact me over the phone but I have no texts or missed calls. The office person who answered made the comment "As far as I am concerned we were there and you didn't answer the door or the phone." I was in my den right by the front door nearly the whole time. Service Tech Omar was on time and very professional. Upon arrival he explained the cost and service once I explained my issue. He completed issue in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Would hire this company again.
Omar was great. He came in and was very professional. He figured out what was wrong very quick and proceeded to get it fixed. I’ll definitely be using them if I need an electrician again.
They did an amazing job. Francisco communicated very well and the job was done on time.
