First, the positive. My cats did get one thing from FVC they‘d never had — FLEAS. Handy for the clinic, since they sell flea medicine. This is not a good place for cats. And I tried, spending well in excess of a thousand dollars over 18 months. The front desk person is obtuse and impossible to communicate with but the care only goes downhill from there.
