Bad experience, try to get you to sign a contract before confirming anything else. MAY SEEM CHEAP BUT YOUR MISSING ALOT! They want you to add stuff after the contract so they can get a $500 bonus for each variation. Our salesmen was dom and would not recommend.
The quality of construction was poor, with numerous defects identified after moving out. The service was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this company to anyone considering their services.
Franken Homes is what is wrong with the building industry in Australia. I had to put through a complaint application with the building and plumbing commission to get defects resolved. If you decide to go with this builder - just be aware that as soon as you hand over your hard earned money, they will ghost you and act like you don't exist.
