Charged an exorbitant amount to look at my children’s teeth. Went to the public health dental clinic 4 weeks later and they found a hole in my youngest tooth. The female dentist at Frenchville dentist didn’t try to gain my child’s trust to check his teeth properly but was happy to charge above and beyond private health coverage. After his interaction with her he was terrified but after the kindness and patience of the public health dental clinic dentist he loves going to the dentist. I would not recommend this clinic.
Staff are always friendly
I was travelling and needed a filling replaced, managed to get a Friday afternoon appointment Dr Chen is so thorough, explaining every step and possible outcome after such a big filling Fantastic and professional service, filling looks excellent. Dr Chen has the perfect mix of personality and professionalism. Highly recommended
I was in & out very friendly service liam was very caring & easy to talk to, highly recommend!
