They dont take care of this place,look down any street and you'll fine all the sidewalks are breaking apart,driveways are cracked up.they put in over priced homes and raise the lot rent every single year🤬year there's a cock roach problem in alot of their homes.people seen trying to break into cars.its a money pit,sun homes dont care,just give them your money and more of it every year👎🤦♂️🤷♂️stay out of here and spread the word about the money pit.they even stopped the recycling because in cost to much🤔
