Avoid this place at all cost. I've lived here for over a decade and prior to sun communities is purchasing the park, the rate was livable, and the park was safe. I could walk in the park after dark. Since the purchase, the quality of the park has gone into a sharp nose dive. The cost rent has gone up to $925. They force you to get one Internet service provider, which is typically spotty. They dont take care of this place,look down any street and you'll fine all the sidewalks are breaking apart,driveways are cracked up.they put in over priced homes and raise the lot rent every single year🤬year there's a cock roach problem in alot of their homes.people seen trying to break into cars.its a money pit,sun homes dont care,just give them your money and more of it every year👎🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️stay out of here and spread the word about the money pit.they even stopped the recycling because in cost to much🤔
