Nice , clean and it is well kept even in the winter weather. Quick to assit on any request made on your property and very quick to assist with any problems in the neighborhood, LOVE IT!!!
Stay Away from here! Water Bill's are never consistent and are extremely high! And the lot rent has went up a minimum of $40 every year since Sun Communities/Homes purchased the park. They truly scam everyone! There's more U-Haul trucks in the park at the beginning & end of every month due to people moving out. Because this place payments people to death until they can no longer afford to live here anymore! And the people in the office all have attitudes & are extremely rude!
