I have been asking for years to have the broken, spalling sidewalks replaced. They continue to make excuses. A family member of mine stopped in to the office today on my behalf since the office is open the hours I work to check on my request, only to be treated poorly and talked down to. Maintenance at time of post was cool, But guys you need to understand where you’re moving, and the fact the walls are like living in a tin can. You will hear cars/planes like MAD 24/7. You are in inbetween telegraph, a freeway, and a MAJOR flight path over us. Trailers for rent are “affordable” meaning after a year of renting it you basically paid for it what it’s worth. Thanks for your housing monopoly sun communities! hurray for blackrock/vanguard.
