I have rented in Frenchtown villa for 3 years and am only moving to find somewhere a little cheaper to save money. During my stay here I have had 0 issues that haven’t been addressed. A little over a year ago the park was hit by a tornado that did quite a bit of damage across the community. The office paid in full for tenants to get hotel rooms whose homes weren’t liveable.
