If I could give no stars, that is what I would do. It hasn't been a month since mr. French failed to do the full time up I requested in late August. But after he returned it he didn't hesitate to suggest that I have it done before winter. Now a loose belt has resulted in my tractor not working. I had problems the day it was returned and again in less than a month since it's been back. He didn't replace the blade although I made it clear that I suspected a problem. He doesn't accept responsibility and isn't offering anything ... read more
