The staff was great and very helpful. Everyone spoke offering to help when we were ready. My husband found a great pair of engineer boots for a great price. Monty jumped right in to get the right size from the back. We checked out, he wanted to wear his boots out so the cashier took the tags off and got rid of the unwanted packing. We put his old boots in the box and he was set. Walked out a happy man. Very pleased with the prices and the service. A great place to find a great boot.
My two friends and I walked into French’s Boots on a mission to find some new cowboy boots—and thankfully, Kevin was there to help us make some very important life decisions. 😅 Kevin was awesome! He was patient, super helpful, and absolutely not pushy. Logan and Kevin were both great. Logan helped sized and stretched my daughter's boots to the perfect fit. Prices was amazing! Best place to get boots.
