One of my drivers got stranded in el Reno with dead battery so I called Thomas with Frenches and asked how quick he could get someone out to help me. He said within the hour. He came out and turned out we needed new batteries so he went to town to get some batteries and changed them and got my driver back on the road quickly. Great guy and great service. Highly recommend!

Thomas was excellent. He did everything he could. Although we were unable to get it fixed due to other circumstances. I got it home. And instead of forgetting about it. He was still doing research trying to help me get it fixed. And i believe this morning he finally got the info i needed to solve my issue. Thank you for going the extra mile. Ain’t many left like you buddy.

I was unable to use his services because of the circumstances, but he was able to get me in touch with someone that could help me. Mr. French was honest and very helpful and if I am able to l will be using his services at a later date. You have definitely set a higher standard and wish more mechanics were like you.

One time and 20 years of experience working at Freightliner and cares about referral business therefore will keep his promise to be on time and get the job done . He changed my alternator and even did free extra cleaning on the batteries. A true professional and I am thankful for all his business. Thank you for the great service
