Fantastic service. I stopped in to have a couple of watch batteries replaced and they immediately took care if me. Thank you .
Very kind and caring staff and owner. I was quite picky with what I was looking for and what I wanted. These girls go above and beyond to make sure I was getting something perfect and was helpful without being pushy. Great options, something for everyone. And many different price ranges as well. The store itself is also beautiful and well done. I always love seeing the window displays they do.
Customer service was severely lacking. They said they would call about my watch, never did. I called to find out what was happening, said my watch was dirty and they were going to have to send it out to be cleaned for a $42.00 send out fee. Without checking with me to see if it was ok. It wasn't. Not cool.
An absolute wonderful establishment with incredible staff and ownership. I love this store.
Beautiful jewelry store. Great gift ideas for men and women. Lovely selection of jewelry. The staff is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable.
