As someone who works in the industry, I've been dealing with this business for many years. I have found them o be extremely professional, as well as very courteous. Ignore the bad reviews by a few narrow minded people who don't understand what's involved with a pink slip check. Things like worn pedal pads can be extremely dangerous, and as such, should not be passed for rego. They may seem like insignificant items, but they can & do cause big problems.
