Needed to have my electrical mast replaced. Very personable and knowledgeable technician. Professional and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend French’s for your electrical work.
Will did a great job in a timely manner. He is pleasant to work and very reliable. I would and have recommended him to others for their electrical needs.
Employee was courteous but did not show up (twice)when he said would. Granted things come up on their other job sites. But a call or text would gave been professional. I guess my 3 star rating was due to the $50 fuel/travel charge and $18 fee to use our credit card. If I couldve wrote a check I would have but wasnt given option it warned. Atleast work is done and chap had to endure this July heat. If he had to come from a distance it would justify a $50 fuel charge. William did a great for me. We requested estimates for four different companies. We choose French's for the fair price and good reviews posted online. I would definitely use them again and encourage others to give them a try.
Update: Used this company again today and still the best ever. Before you call ANYONE else, call French's first! They installed two ceiling fans for me for less than Lowe's or anyone else. If there was a way to give more stars than 5, I absolutely would! I cannot say enough great things about the quality of service I received from French's Electric.
