I have tried contacting the company for weeks now. The company insulated our duplex attic which is open above my house and my attached neighbor. They went in through my neighbors attic and never opened our access panel. 2 weeks after install our AC unit, which the handler is in our attic, was not working properly. This company is amazing. I found them googling the Internet and saw the great reviews. I requested quotes from an online website and French’s Climate Insulation was quick to respond with a couple dates. I was confused as to what material was best to use and Stephanie gave me a honest recommendation. And the price was very fair. Some companies are so easy to work with that they make others look like slackers. We had called a other company and they changed the appointment several times so that we ended up feeling uncomfortable. From the first call through job completion just days later, this was by far one of the best companies I've dealt with. They were professional, friendly, fast and priced fairly. I highly recommend them.
