Paul was at my house in November to service my chimney. He found a leak in one of the lines, and he said he will have to take my burner to his shop to fix. I paid for his service call and the cost to repair the leak on the burner. Since November 2022, Paul has not returned with my burner. Every attempt to contact him has been futile, and I have sent several text messages that delivered and shows that he has read them, but he never responds. Please do not use this man or his services
