Jade and Chelsey were incredibly helpful at Frenchman's Creek! It has always been a dream of mine to live in Louisiana, and I found the perfect place in Metairie because of them! We couldn't have done it without you ladies, thank you so much If I could give more stars I would!
Recently , I had some issues with my Air Conditioner on two different days (different issues) and the MAINTENANCE CREW WAS AWESOME!! THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. I know Frenchman’s Creek has changed management and all of the staff are learning their new jobs and co-workers, I know that they all are doing a GREAT JOB! Also, I love my apartment! It’s very quiet and clean here. I would give them 10 ⭐️
I absolutely love living in Frenchmen's Creek. From start to finish, Jade Mackie met all of my needs. She's professional and efficient. Jade made my experience and move easy to say the least. The Peace in the complex has lowered my blood pressure which is life-changing for me.😊 I could honestly say the entire staff is amazing. I would highly recommend living here. Frenchmen's Creek is a place for anyone to live comfortably. Thank you Jade and the entire 1st Lake Staff for giving me a second lease on life (literally )! 😊
Today is my move in date at this complex and I have nothing but positive things to say. The leasing agent Jade and her coworker Chelsey have been amazing! They have made this process sooo simple and streamlined. I moved to New Orleans from California so it was already a very stressful process to begin with and getting to work with these two has been the most pleasant and efficient process ever. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I have received to end off this week long journey. Thank you guys so much!!
