Recently a stylist made a mistake with my service. This review comes from a lack of transparency, accountability, and overall disappointment with the level of professionalism. I asked for a haircut and a "translucent gloss". The stylist put pigment in my hair (against my consent). I had to return for 2 colour correction services on something that is suppose to wash out in 6-8 rinses. I highly recommend this beautiful salon. The positive customer experience immediately stood out when I first went there for hairstyling (by Rezi) and makeup application (by Kerris), when having headshots taken. I have been getting haircuts and scalp treatments by Rezi for over a year, and I always leave feeling completely refreshed. Her styling technique makes it last a few days with some light touchups.
Abbi saved my hair! She is an amazing hairstylist who took the time to fix my hair extensions done elsewhere and gave an extensive educational session on hair styling. Highly recommend her.
