French’s heating and air is the way to go very respectful, does fantastic work for a great price, keeps your place clean as he work's, if you need to know anything he will answer it for you, I highly recommend French’s heating and air to do your job it will be done right.
I can’t say enough good things about this AC company! Christian came out right away when our unit went down and quickly replaced the capacitor to get us back up and running. When it started acting up again, he came out immediately, checked everything thoroughly, and was completely honest—he told us he didn’t want to sell us parts we didn’t actually need since it wasn’t frozen at the time. Great experience with this company. The tech showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and had my system running again in no time. He walked me through the repair options and kept things straightforward. Really professional the whole time, and the price was fair. I’d definitely call them again if I need HVAC work.
Very honest and fair. I was told I Needed a whole new unit. French’s came out and gave me a second opinion. They were able to repair my unit and said it would last a few more years. Christian was quick in responding to my call for service on our AC unit. He explained everything clearly as he was diagnosing the problem and figured it out within several minutes. He had the unit back up cooling the house in no time. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly.
