French’s HVAC is top tier ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Christian (owner) was extremely polite and professional - sent a tech within hours - No ridiculous fees/charges like competitors - Chris (technician) was absolutely the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed until my issue was fixed, about 4 hours. - Didn’t try to upsell me or trap me into services. These guys are true American entrepreneurs and tradesmen. French’s HVAC was very responsive and quick to schedule us an appointment, even over the weekend, when our A/C went out in the summer heat. Christian diagnosed our system quickly and replaced the small part on the spot. Very professional and courteous. Christian did not try to upsell or change other parts for more money. We were up and running in no time. Highly recommend French’s. You won’t be disappointed.
Had an excellent experience! I live in colonial beach and have a heat pump from 1986 in my new house. They were the quickest to come out to diagnose the issue and gave me a very solid quote on a new unit. They have taken the time to teach me about the system without trying to upsell me or pressure me on a decision. The quotes I got were for Amana and Goodman. They also offered Rheem.
