For the good... It's in a good location for activities. Staff that I interacted with was fine. The room has a full (but small) kitchen, and most of the dishes you would need included. As for the not so good... Room was not pristinely clean. The bed was like a rock. The rooms were incredibly noisy (and we barely had anyone else staying in the building we were in). The neighbor above us was stomping around in boots or something as late as 11PM and as early as 6AM, and we could hear it like he was in our room stomping around; h... read more

In one month Oct 26, 2025, French Quarter will not be available. Owners will have several options to continue with Spinnaker at Palace View Resorts. We have thoroughly enjoyed this resort. It does need upgrades, but the location is the best in Branson!

The French Quarter was convenient, clean, and stocked with essential dishes. The second bedroom had a king bed (nice), but i had no place out of the way to put my suitcase. Connecting bathroom was perfect. Front desk is monitored from 9-5 only with a sister property 10 minutes away monitored 24/7.

I’m at the French Quarter now. I hate my location , in the basement in front of the elevators, scenery is rocks and poor WiFi with the password. Make sure you let them know exactly where you want to stay on the grounds. They told be at 130 pm that this is my room and it would be 3 more hrs until I could get the room I want. My last stay was great is why I came back. This room sucks, noisy and no view.
