This was my first visit to French Press and with a 4.5 review, I was hopeful. The staff are great and offered to warm up my bialy and kouign amann. I was surprised that the egg at the center of the bialy was cold - not room temp cold but as if it was refrigerated and warmed up so the outside was warmish from being heated up but the center where the egg is was cold.
