French Hospital I have had two experiences with French Hospital and they have both been awesome. The first experience was when my son was only a month old and was hospitalized for an unknown illness. The pediatric nurses were awesome. They were so understanding and caring for my infant. They even made sure to reassure us and tell us that they would watch him through the night so that we could sleep in one of the pediatric beds and get some much needed rest. Thank God for caring staff! My mother went to ER this aft. the Dr.& Nurse were very informative and attentive and polite. When requesting that my mother get a private room and that she can afford to pay they did it as my mother is going through Chemo got an infection with her immune system down. The ER Doctor and nurse were wonderful and the Head Nurse on the floor Tom is more than accomadating. Really impressed This is where I had my last child and for the most part, I was very impressed. The OB nurses were wonderful. They were extremely attentive and kept bringing things to my husband and I. They were very caring and didn't make us feel like we were being a bother. The hospital made a concerted effort to do whatever they could to make sure that new mother's and laboring mothers did not have to share a room. THey Do What They Can They've scanned my bones, X-Rayed my chest, X-Rayed my knee, taken my blood, and operated on my eye, and they've done it well. And after three craniotomies and a very specialized form of radiation, I know my hospitals.
