Did a No Call-No Show both times we scheduled a visit and would not answer their phone nor would they call us back beyond the first reschedule. Do not schedule with these people if you actually want someone who will show up and fix your heater.
Donnie and Austen from French Hill Heating & Cooling were excellent — professional, on time, and within budget. They installed a new propane boiler, said yes to every request, kept great communication, and completed everything on schedule. Trustworthy and highly recommended!!
Excellent experience with this company- they exceeded expectations on multiple levels. First, they arrived quickly for a service call after my boiler stopped working properly and went above and beyond to attempt to save a very aged unit.
