They listened to everything we wanted to make our mom’s funeral everything she would of wanted. They checked up on us and truly cared about our family members.
Unprofessional. Didn’t follow families wishes to have another family member sing at funeral, due to her friendship with a distant family member who didn’t agree. Returned personal belongings including sentimental jewelry to the friend (distant family member) instead of to son or Grandson (Grandson was executor of the estate and it should have been given to him).
