Have always had my order ready for pickup at their location. The quality of the drain material is one of the reasons I drive over 2 hours one way to purchase from French Drain Man. Helpful to have the 1800 youtube self help videos, but I wish there was a better way to catalog them, and maybe there is, so I wouldn’t have to comb through so many. It would also be beneficial if I could send a photograph or drawing of what I’m up against to get suggestions. The help line, wasn’t so helpful, pretty blunt without much explanation.
By far the highest quality, DIY-friendly drainage products available. Drainage work is hot and it's hard. When using Frenchdrainman products for your drainage systems you will recognize how much easier it is to assemble the components than any other conventional product available. Best of all, you will recognize that it’ll last. No matter what your drainage needs are, Frenchdrainman has the products to protect your home.
I bought 2 vented down spout leaf filters, catch basin, catch basin riser and a turf restrictor plate. The products are excellent. Very well made, easy to install. I did all the work myself. I watched all the French drain man's videos. I would highly recommend French drain man products. Not only are they high quality but they look great. Also made in America . I bought some part from a hardware store that didn't last so I changed over to French drain man. I couldn't be happier.
Great job and very professional. I highly recommend them. They did everything they said they were going to do explained everything when they were completed. They cleaned up very well too
