Update: This was dealt with very professionally. Thank you guys! :) I came back here today to get my hair cut because Carolina had done a wonderful job on my wedding hairstyle back in April. I made an appointment with someone else (Payton?) today because Carolina wasn't there. I ended up waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes past my appointment time and when I finally got up to ask if it would be much longer - they had forgotten I was there. I ended up leaving without getting my hair cut at all.
I've been going to Josie for over 25 years and that will tell you how much I appreciate her fantastic talent and personality! Thank you Josie for always making me feel so amazing and special!
JoAnna does my nails. LOVE my nails. Even when I'm a mess she makes them look great. This salon uses nail grade acrylic. Yeah, look into that!
I had a blow out with Laura and loved it! She was super sweet & gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean & sooo nice! When I visit college station I will be back for sure.
