The RGE bill is almost half the rent…. They need to A: modernize the units as to be more energy efficient (including better sealing the homes themselves) or B: provided subsidies to offset the heat / AC going straight out of the unit due to the lack of sealing and efficiency. It’s an amazing place to live. I don’t know about the previous management but the present management is really nice. This townhouse community is very kids friendly. It’s a very diverse community. The maintenance guy Garry is an amazing person. One man army. Erie Canal is just a few blocks away. You can go biking or walking daily. We had a really good time living there .
Poor management office Called several times telling them to fix some stuff Yet they said theyll come and fix the wardrobe door and check out the bee hive problem in the basement yet nobody showed up I’m tired telling them this stuff Basement is full of bees For my second time I’m seeing a bee after taking my clothes from the dryer and bringing them to my room Another important issue is their trees right next to the parking lot from the second entrance to the french creek drive.
