The owner of the French Courtyard, Becky, has got to be one of the most non friendly business owners that I have ever come across. Whether it's her age (70+) or she just simply has no customer service skills. It would be nice to give a greeting of "Welcome" when entering a business whether you are with a customer or not. When asked a question about a product it is a strain to get an answer from her without her acting as though she is being bothered.
