The house design and layout are great. Most important thing is to HIRE A FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR YOURSELF to make sure they and their tradesmen are actually building to code. WE CYCLED THROUGH 4 FB guys and soooo much stuff was missed or done wrong. You need to constantly supervise; daily visits are not enough. Everything else ranges from irritating to absolute hot mess. Great staff
Buying the home was good. However, we were turned over to warranty right after the purchase and all the mistakes were being handled by warranty and it is a very slow tedious process to get something taken care of. French Brothers has a reputation of being quantity over quality. They use cheap products and cut corners.
