French Broad Plmg did the plumbing on our 9 month old house. Still in warranty. We noticed staining on the sub-floir under the master toilet approx. 2 weeks ago. After 4 calls awith messages left we have received no response. Have had to move on to another plumber. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.
Outstanding service! I have used them for several jobs ranging from installing on-demand water system and pressure tank to general repairs. They always show up on time, get the job done, and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them whenever anyone needs plumbing services.
