Well I only expected to go there and have a consultation but they were able to take me right away because they did see that I was having a problem. I'm sure they had time on their schedule but it was the day before a holiday and that was just very nice of them. And the whole office was nice. Cannot say enough good things about about French Broad Endodontics and everyone that works there. Amazing people and very pleasant office/rooms. Everyone across the board was so nice, accommodating, and helpful. I've had a root canal before and it was not a great experience, but Dr. Lester was attentive, gentle, and efficient. Because of bad experiences I had a lot of fear, but they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have horrible anxiety about dental procedures. Everyone at this office was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional; from the front desk to the treatment room. Every step was discussed in detail with no surprises. I was told multiple times throughout my visit to let them know if I needed anything. The procedure itself was painless and quick. Tiffany, Sherry, and Brandi were amazing. Dr Lester was also extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend.
Quick and painless. Dr. Lester was very professional. I felt comfortable during my whole procedure. The facility was clean and easy to find. The rest of the staff were friendly and kind. I applaud the FBE team for how easy the whole process was. Thank You! (I’d give 10 stars if I could)
