Predatory billing practices. Angela and Julie are dishonest and steal from customers. Reconcile your power bills if you are a customer of french broad, they overcharge on power bills and Angela asked me to send in extra money then didn't credit my account, I think she stole that money. Fiber internet installed today. The team was professional, friendly and obviously skilled. They drilled through an exterior wall to do the install and didn't leave a speck of dust. The crew members names I got were Brennan, Shawn and Nathan. They are great representatives of FBEMC.
Noah/Devin are awesome! They have helped me so many times with my businesses and I would highly recommend them. You won’t find a better group running the fibre division. I would join them in a heartbeat just to be around the positivity and experience these two have! Excellent service!
