Keep your eyes peeled for their poison sprayers out in the field. They claimed to be spraying near powerlines and went way out of their way to attempt to spray directly on top of my well head which would be doing nothing other than poisoning my water supply with carcinogenic toxins. Also pay close attention to your bill. They've been overcharging me for their more expensive internet plan for 3 months now when I never asked for it. They claimed they'd reimburse me yet it never shows up.

Predatory billing practices. Angela and Julie are dishonest and steal from customers. Reconcile your power bills if you are a customer of french broad, they overcharge on power bills and Angela asked me to send in extra money then didn't credit my account, I think she stole that money.
