Frena is a real hidden gem in Hell’s Kitchen. The presentation alone sets the tone, but the food genuinely delivers. The crispy shrimp was outstanding – beautifully wrapped in delicate kataifi pastry, incredibly light and crisp on the outside while the shrimp remained perfectly juicy.
