Do not rent these boats. The motor stalled multiple times, creating serious safety concerns—we nearly got hit while stranded. The boat itself is in terrible condition: moldy, torn in several areas, and one section couldn’t even be sat on because it constantly took on water, seeping through the floor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Be sure to read all of the recent NEGATIVE REVIEWS here. They gave me a price and then when I returned the two jet skis, they charged my credit card a much higher rate. Now nobody is returning my phone calls on what happened. Not to mention the two units were over 10 years old with poor performance.
Last weekend my friend rented a boat from Fremont Water Sports. From the beginning there were many issues. Duck taped floor of the pontoon, mold and mildew visable, etc. Under each seat was standing water when we went to grab the anchor. They gave us a cracked ladder that clearly was one that wasn’t meant for this pontoon. I would not recommend this rental place to anyone. Over the past weekend they rented us a pontoon with very little instruction. Seemed a little high priced at first but we still got it. But to our shocking news when we returned boat they charged us another 40 ish percent of what we payed for the rental in gas. We would not recommend them to anyone. It was our mistake for not reading the reviews before. hand because other people experienced the same issues. Hope this helps someone else.
