I can’t say enough good things about this vet office. My cat came home injured, and I was so worried. They got us in quickly, treated him with such care, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves animals and takes pride in what they do. They were gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly so I knew my cat was in good hands. We've just moved to outside Cañon City and needed a new vet for our dog, Percy. Because of course, I had a flat tire on the morning of his first appointment and was running a little over 10 mins late. I called from the driveway to see if I should even bother because my last vet in CO Springs had a policy that if you were over 10 mins late, they wouldn't keep your appointment. I continue to be greatly impressed with Fremont Vet Clinic. I just saw Dr. Metcalfe with my two dogs. I have a German Shepherd who is very protective of me, has high anxiety, and barks very loudly when he is at the vet. He is large and presents very intimidating. Dr. Metcalfe is so patient when she walks in the room and Thor is losing his mind. She gives him time to assess the situation.
