The vet was really kind and did the exam of my nervous pup on the floor.
I was very disappointed with my experience here. The veterinarian came across as condescending rather than compassionate, which made it difficult to feel comfortable asking questions or trusting her guidance. On top of that, the staff seemed inattentive and not very engaged, which added to the frustration. When bringing your pet to the vet, you hope for patience, understanding, and care — unfortunately, I didn’t feel that from this clinic.
