I do not recommend purchasing parts from the Fremont Toyota dealership. Their customer service in the parts department has been very poor, especially from one staff member named JOHN ORTIZ. I’m not sure why this dealership hires people who treat customers this way. I will not be returning.
Your customer service is totally pathetic. Usually we receive calls to bring the vehicle for services etc , but Fremont Toyota does not value the customers. The staffs have no respect, no integrity with grouchy faces . When you call , no one answers the call in parts division. I very highly recommend all customers to contact Auto Nation in Hayward for prompt response. On the other hand, Auto Nation is very reasonable in price which when compared to Fremont Toyota.
Please improve part department knowledge about car parts. If they don't know what the customer is talking about, then they should train them every week, or just hire better people who won't get the wrong parts and waste everybody's time. Please consider this 2 star review a chance and a lesson to improve.

Had a pretty good experience with the parts department, ordered a part for my camry had to wait few days for delivery. Staf was nice & friendly.
