They tried to charge us $5.00 to put air in our tire after we had bought 4 brand new tires in their shop. We walked out. No more business from us.
had work done on our Jeep Cherokee,got the keys and was on the interstate in a construction zone at the time. when are rear wheel,brake drum,lug nuts came off! luckily found the lug nuts and had to do repair on our wheel while in construction zone,thanks to the construction boys for the help. drove back to Fremont tire and told them what happened. the guy behind the computer was rude while staring at his computer,said was not there fault and told us we did not have time to look at it,after there fuck up! almost like our safe... read more
I just got home from Fremont Tire and I've never been so mad and confused at the same time. I scheduled an appointment for today to have my old Tahoe aligned. In the past every time I had taken my vehicles to them to get alignments the mechs will give it a quick overlook to see if anything needs replaced first. The thing any reputable shop would do.
