Front desk staff person was very nice. My overall experience was good. I give the nursing staff 5 star however, the medical records staff is horrible this includes their supervisor. They are not worth rating. I was seen May 6,2019 - completed paperwork requesting medical records to date almost (3 months ) later I am still waiting. Director never called me back and the staff gave me all types of excuses. I will never go here again. Oakland office entire staff so much better. 5STAR!! Truly Frustrating

Reception was good and pre-op nurses and doctors were good, but post-op was terrible. I was vomiting and could not keep fluids down, but the nurses were more interested in going home than taking care of any of the patients, so I was sent home. Also, they place me in a cheap, unsupportive arm sling instead of one ordered by my surgeon. I had to go pick up correct sling week later at surgeon’s office. Very unprofessional. The surgery center in Oakland is much better.

The staff are nice! But the billing department’s phone never got answered. When I called the number on the bill, there was only an automatic voicemail saying “That mailbox is full.” Then I contacted the general line. The operator always reconnected me to a phone and nobody answered or returned my messages.

Though you have the best insurance there charges are crazy and getting to accounts with them will holds your nerves. Not a reliable place.

Had my rotator cuff surgery here. I was impressed with the staff as well as the simplicity of being in and out. Previous surgeries i have had in the past at Kaiser were bad experiences because of very rude mean nurses. Not at this place. Everyone greeted me kindly and adressed any questions and concerns I had.
