I would strongly advise not living here. After about 6 months of living at Fremont one of the drawers in our kitchen broke and the maintenance worker was unable to fix it and took the whole drawer with him. That drawer has been missing for a year and a half and was not even replaced when I moved out. We regularly put in maintenance requests for our missing drawer, which would then be cancelled without anyone even showing up, so we ended up giving up on that. Fremont Station was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in, the place was absolutely disgusting . The bathroom hadn’t been touched, there was gum and zyns on my bed frame, no repairs on things from previous tenants, and much more. I reported all of it right away, but when it came time for move-out charges, somehow my entire report was just not there. If you want an easy headache free place to live with working amenities, do not live here there hot tub is shut off durring the winter and it grows into a green sludge during the summer, as well as elevators breaking almost every week along with trash shoots that don’t open and reek. When you try to work with the company they go in circles for months and won’t get back to you. Could be the worst place to live in Flagstaff
This is the worst apartment complex you can rent in Flagstaff… DO NOT LIVE HERE. None of the amenities work, there is mold, utility prices change on a whim without reason. STAY AWAY. 7/5/2025.
