Terrible place to stay. Having to call the office for multiple reason that don't get fixed with our sons lease. The building is dirty and the hot tub hasn't work even before our son got in. Half of the agents that work there don't know the policies or how the lease works. And the phone AI assistant is annoying. I recommend paying more to stay at a regular apartment with experienced workers just for peace of mind.
DO NOT SIGN HERE. This place does not care about you in any way. The amenities are piss poor and the jacuzzi hasn't worked all year. They were promoting a signing bonus with a $500 gift card which me and my sister have still never received (despite constantly asking and discussing it with the property management). As for the apartment itself, the entire building is filthy from the stairway, the broken entrance doors, the piss-smelling hallways, etc. Do yourself a huge favor and sign anywhere else.
Be very careful before you sign here. I do not think the 5-star reviews are genuine as this place has clear issues even if you have had a positive experience. The facility is often dirty and smelly. Right after move in a lengthy construction project started removing most balconies. I signed a lease WITH a balcony and within a week it was gone. Cant even get ahold of the office staff through their answering prompt. Would not rent here if I can't get ahold of the leasing office... Way too many steps to talk to a real person.
Largest hot tub in flagstaff? - doesn't really matter when it's never heated and out of commission. Marketing scheme. Horrible property management company/owners that turnover frequently and give no insight into how to pay rent on time and then charge late fees. If you try to call the office, you will never get in contact with anyone and then they just send you an email saying "you called?". When you reply to the email, they never respond to that either.
