Fremont is awesome, the energy is great, gonna be here for the next 2 years.
This apartment complex is a literal horror story. If you are ever thinking about leasing here don’t. They advertise $750 base rent and of course there would be utilities and fees associated, that’s not crazy. What is crazy is that somehow my rent ends up being $1100-$1200 a month. I did an experiment while living there and used 0% of my utilities for a whole month and stayed with a friend and my utilities bill came out to $200.
