I didn’t listen to the reviews because unfortunately this was the “cheapest” place close to campus. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I never write reviews - but feel compelled as I don’t want anyone to experience living here. To start, move in was a mess, everyone moves is on the same day - no parking, no carts, lines for elevators that broke down 3 times. DO NOT RENT FROM FREMONT STATION!!! The worst renting experience I have ever had in my life. You may think it is worth it to pay for what seems like cool facilities and nice apartments, but it is a lie. First of all their customer service is awful. They will cause an abundance of issues and be both unhelpful and unresponsive when you ask about them. Absolutely the worst customer service! No actual humans to speak to. Called for 3 days straight because they left my daughter homeless after paying for everything including rent. Unbelievable.
0/10 and just terrible
Horrible experience all around. Dog poop everywhere, poor maintenance, and sidewalks that are dangerously rugged. Management is rude and extremely unhelpful. There are so many better places to live in Flagstaff, so look elsewhere unless you want the landlord special.
