Called in today to find out how much for a smog check they asked me the year make and model . I gave them the information and then they asked if it requires to be done at a star station or not. I said it does. Then he’s like for star it’s extra. I asked why he said it’s more involved test and it takes more time. . . The machines used to the smog check are the same and the process is the same no matter what vehicle.
