the best around - 20 yrs been going ... I've been taking my car to F&P for 20 yrs. They are honest, professional and go the extra mile- they will give a loaner if available, drop or pick you up, and are always there in a crisis. Best of all they are honest And quick. all work has been great Fremont & Purdon has provided excellent service to our 1994 Mazda MPV. They repaired the brakes and valve lifters about 3000 miles ago. We've experienced no problems with their work. I would rate them 5 stars but they charge only slightly less than dealer estimates for the same work. Of course, quality costs more.
finally a car place I can trust It's really hard to find an honest mechanic but I think I've finally found one! There have been times when I took my car to the dealership and then to this place and they are always so much cheaper so I know I'm not being robbed. They are also willing to do some small services for no charge like sticking on my license plate or something. Sometimes they'll even loan you a car for free so you don't have to spend money on a rental. I feel like they've saved me a lot of money!
HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL I was recommended by a close friend. I took my car to several shops that did unnecessary repairs to my car. Several thousand dollars later. Decided to take my BMW to F&P. Boy am I glad I found these guys. They found the problem and fixed it the same day. I had bounced around several shops and dealers for the last 6 months. And these guys found and fixed the problem. I would recommend them to anyone!
One of the best I have been to. My car works perfectly and they even gave me tons of extras.There Engine mechanic is outstanding with years and years of experience. I would recommend them to anyone that wants excellent service but, doesn't want to spend tons of money for no reason.They highly exceeded my expectations. Trust me, I am really hard to deal with.
Pro's This shop is the best by far that I have seen. The thing is they have everything I look for in a shop. 1) knowledgeable 2) courteous 3) very professional 4) give rides 5) fair price 6) clean... shall i go on. I recommend them to everyone.
F&P was a referral from a good friend who has been with them for several years. I am new in town and did not know who to trust. I took my car in and Steve from the second I walked in, till I picked up my car was wonderful, helpful, friendly and a charm. I would recommend anyone to them, they are great!
fremont and purdon was the worst auto exp. i have ever had.been going there for 2 yrs and its always the same thing.they never call me,i have to keep calling them.they never fix the problem,keep charging more to not fix the problem.or even worse,create new issues i never had. and then again wanting more money to fix a problem i never had and nobody there seems to know enough about the existing or newly created problem to logically explain the problem and solution. i have recently found out that the they charge dealer rates a... read more
Not fixed right the first time as they claim in there ads.My work truck was there for almost 2 weeks.Nobody had a clue.Turned to be a blown fuse.Cost me $120 labor at the dealer $4.95 for fuse and $65 to have it towed from there shop plus many days off work.Fremont charged me $180 to not fix my truck and wouldnt even help me find a tow truck company to tow it to the dealer .When i said i was towing it out of there shop.After i already paid i was ignored Thanx guys p.s truck was only at the dealer for 6 hrs????
