ROACHES, RODENTS, MOLD — DO NOT RENT HERE. I signed the lease out of desperation and in need of housing. The price seemed great for a 1b1b but after my first 2 weeks here. My son rent an apartment from this company last year. Due to family circumstances, my son had to move out of the apartment he rented two months early. Prior to moving out, my son had the apartment professionally cleaned, and had photos taken after the cleaning procedure was done. He was also told upon moving out that he would not have to pay additional rent for the two months he was not gonna be there. Just visiting and I would never live here for the price. $1900 for 1 bedroom. The place looks rundown. It has old cabinets the walls are not painted properly they're not primed they look matted and easily Stained. The place is not insulated at all during the winter time it's freezing cold during the summer time it can get up to 100° in your place and that's with the fan going. You're looking at about $200 a month for utility use during the summer. The condensation is so bad that it drips off the sliding glass door and window... read more
