The site manager Darrell is very helpful. He always ask if I'm having any issues in my neighborhood. He keeps our parks looking nice. I am very happy with my decision to buy a home in this community.
Don’t live there but with price they pay for lot rent I would think the park could pay for snow removal on the streets through the park. Drove through several days after the recent snowstorm and the roads were ice covered and dangerous. You could tell a plow had not touched it. An elderly woman was trying to clear the actual street, not her driveway, in front of her mobile home. Poor reflection on those “managing” the mobile home park.
The maintenance guys lamont & the other worker Was very respectful they kept me informed of what they were doing very neat and in a timely fashion I'm very happy with this new vanity
I moved here before the Community was sold to Yes Communities. My wife and I liked the fact that it was 90% Home Owners and Primarily Senior Citizens. Which a family setting is fine. Yards were groomed roads were nice and residents took pride in there homes. Some homeowners now have moved out new homes brought in are all Rented and they are not following any guidelines.
